We totally understand that there are some cases when your orders need to be canceled. 

However, we apologize that we can only accept the cancellations within 3 hours of your order being placed, as most of our products are customized and your order will be automatically transferred to our manufacturing factory to ensure customers can receive the finished product as soon as possible. So, before making a payment, please double check your order.
